I went to the site and read up a little on RST again. Compared to primal one difference I see is that with primal meaning is derived from the relivings and this is an important goal. These are the insights into one's behavior and life, current and past. This doesn't seem to be emphasized with RST. W...

I was able to login automatically on this forum some weeks ago but that doesn't work now. A question about the lack of participation on the forums, is it better to have no posts or to have some annoying types of posts? Some people seem concerned with the image primal has on the PPP message board and...

Ritilin and the other drugs for ADHD are effective in enhancing the education of those children effected by this condition. Teachers seem to know this very well. But I do agree that this is not enough reason to medicate them. I feel sure that primalling could help a lot of these kids. Too bad primal...

"Making a career transition is a bold and courageous step to take for anyone already established in a career path they had to train for previously". To Mojo, Thanks for saying this. I am making a career change out of neccisity but am choosing teaching because I want something more people o...

I think ADHD is a real condition but it gets treated for educational rather than medical needs. This is what for me makes this treatment questionable. I think the causes of this condition may be primal pain and I have read the association somewhere. Yes, what we need are better parents. I am trying ...

Re: Attachment therapy vs Attachment parenting

".... their view that good relationships are the source of emotional healing. Theresa Sheppard, former director of the New York Primal Institute, said the same in "Facing The Wolf." However one defines them, 'primals' may be helpful to some people as an adjunct to a supportive therape...

There are external signs that can be sometimes observed which might be seen as partial proof of primal theory. I am talking about cases where signs of childhood lesions reappeared on the skin at the time of the primal. There are the cases of birth primals where the person primalling did not have ava...

Actually a lot of scientific advance starts with observations. So personal observations using the senses are often a valid form of evidence. Of course with psychotherapy we are talking about our internal states of being. No one else can truly observe what is going on inside of us. Do you have any ev...

I have some thoughts on this discussion. The convincing evidence I find supporting primal are my own personal experiences with it. I have had a lot of physical-mental-emotional changes as a result of primalling, which to me are quite dramatic. Also, I have been able to make improvements in my life a...
